I saw this video before. it seemed like a good module, and even somewhat balanced. It provides a way for users to set up a block breaker, but without using the rather 'bad if it goes wrong' wither boss.
Really it needs some type of limitation, perhaps a fuel limit, as while the recipe is fairly expensive to create, it does provide essentually create a means to unlimited explosions, and will keep tunnelling (even while inventory is full) until it hits unloaded chunks.
I also do not like how it can 'decend' (even if that decent is controllable) to a lower level.
In some ways this mod can be used as a type of underground tunnelling missile.
In summery... Good idea, and nicely designed, but needs a little more work.

The module seems to use a lot fo repeaters! Quite unusual for command block modules these days. Sequencing is usually done using options, and command block ground can be disabled using conditional fills.
